Need Help Setting Up ProSelect?

Hourly Consulting

If you are already using ProSelect and just need some help setting up specific features, Julia can assist you over the phone/internet. Using Skype Screen share learn how to input your pricing, design templates, set up Room View, and adjust your general preferences. If you are having trouble with any part of the software or just need to be talked through it, she’ll walk you through step-by-step and teach you how to problem solve the issues on your own.

Rates: $100 per hour. Pro-rated to the half hour. First-time appointments require 2 hours.

Consulting appointments REQUIRE 48 hours cancellation notice, otherwise you will be charged $100 fee. Please make sure you have properly scheduled your appointment to your time zone, and you are ready with a tested Skype account.

In Studio Set-Up

Julia is available for in-person studio consulting and training. If you are new to ProSelect or just not using it efficiently, Julia will travel to your studio, set-up your operation and train employees to use ProSelect. From pricing input to Photoshop configuration with ProSelect, she can take your studio from bare-bones usage to full-fledged operation. She will spend several hours/days configuring ProSelect to work with your studio’s pricing and business model. She will assist with Photoshop template alteration and ProSelect template design, so that you and your employees can use the software to present to your clients. With pricing input and data integration, you will be able to use ProSelect’s shopping cart and invoicing system to create beautiful thumbnail print-outs for your clients and integrate those invoices with Successware. Watch your sales and work flow strategy explode with efficiency and let ProSelect do for your studio what it is designed to!

Rates begin at $2500 (+travel and lodging)
Rates are studio specific and depend on studio volume, price list complexity, template usage and number of employees.
