I just LOVE Pottery Barn. They make my life so much easier because they help tell people HOW to display their portraits and wall art in their homes. It can be tough to figure out which image goes where and how should I frame it? Where will the pictures hang? Should it match perfectly or be a hodge-podge? Will a mis-matched gallery look ok? Inspiration is everywhere and you don’t just have to use framed images. What about shelving with a clock or vase displayed as well? Why not create a 3-dimensional display using stacked frames or canvases?

I love using vintage containers with plants/flowers attached to the walls. Ballard Designs, Home Decorators Collection and Real Deals Decor always have great ideas and inexpensive options for adding texture and dimension to a wall series.

Of course then you have to actually HANG the gallery on your wall. I highly recommend a stud finder. My DH found mine in his pocket. Tee hee!

I love this. It’s fun facts about dog and cat ownership in the US. Are we completely gaga over our furry friends? I think so! I particularly LOVE fun fact #5 and #6!

So this is Shiloh. He spent 5 weeks abandoned in New Orleans and survived. What an amazing dog! He is the sweetest, most lovable creature. This was mom’s favorite image. Apparently, this is the dance he does every day when mom and dad come home from work! They brought him in with siblings Eloise and Miso for a portrait shoot the other day. It was so fun capturing these adorable pooches. Their mom and dad are truly advocates for animal rescue and got all three of them from the Humane Society. Eloise only has one eye! I wish some people were as happy-go-lucky as dogs. We’d be a lot nicer to be around and MUCH easier to photograph! LOL

So for the last month, I have been dealing with malicious script that was injected onto all my sites. Well thanks to the help of Sucuri Security, I am now malware free. Apparently thousands of WordPress blogs became infected and I just happened to be one of them. This malware injects itself onto your files and then spreads throughout your site. Yuck!

So rest assured, we are now virus free and you can navigate our website comfortably again. I’m so sorry if this has affected anyone visiting. I have been doing anything and everything I can to repair the problem.

Why do hackers do this kind of thing? For kicks? Sick. Just sick.
